Tickets in convention (Viviparchi, Mondo Parchi, Roma Pass, the Studio) can only be purchased at the ticket offices (not online), in order to allow our staff to verify the requirements for the right to favorable conditions (owning of specific cards, age, train tickets, etc.). Last admission: 60 min before the park closing time.
Please note: for reasons related to the needs of animals, the following departments will close: Reptile and felines: 60 min before the park closing time - Chimpanzee: 45 min before the park closing time - Giraffes, bears, rhinos, elephants: 30 minutes prior to park closing time.
OPEN DATE TICKETS: NOT REFUNDABLE. Each ticket is valid for a single entry within 6 months from the date of purchase and can be used on any weekday or holiday of your choice (except December 25th, unique closing date).
Open tickets purchased online are valid 6 months.
For children over 1 metre high and under 10 years old, senior citizens (65+)

Would you like to extend the validity of your fixed date ticket? If you have purchased a fixed date ticket online and before its expiration you realize that you can no longer come to the Bioparco (your child's indisposition, a new commitment that cannot be postponed, etc.) or perhaps the weather forecasts are not favorable, buy here your "Upgrade" to extend the validity of the ticket up to 6 months and come and visit us whenever you want!
Preset Date tickets cannot be changed or refunded.

If you bought online a fixed date ticket, its validity can be extended before its expiry by purchasing the Upgrade.
The price of the ticket can change day by day and will raise when the date comes closer. Buy the tickets as soon as you can to get the best price!
You can buy your Individual Fixed Date ticket online by 11.59 pm on the day before your visit.
