Tickets under agreement (Viviparchi, Mondo Parchi, Roma Pass, lo Studio) can only be purchased at the ticket offices (not online), in order to allow our staff to verify the requirements for the right to favorable conditions (possession of specific cards, age, train tickets, etc.). Last admission: 60 minutes before the park closing time.
Note: for reasons related to the needs of the animals, the following departments will close: Reptiles and felines: 60 minutes before the park closing time – Chimpanzees: 45 minutes before the park closing time – Giraffes, bears, rhinos, elephants: 30 minutes before the park closing time.
OPEN DATE TICKETS: NOT REFUNDABLE. Each ticket is valid for a single entry within 6 months from the date of purchase and can be used on any weekday or holiday of your choice (except December 25th, unique closing date).
Open tickets purchased online are valid 6 months.
For Children taller than 100 centimeters up to 10 years and people over 65 (to be confirmed at the park entrance after measurement)

Would you like to extend the validity of your fixed date ticket? If you have purchased a fixed date ticket online and before its expiration you realize that you can no longer come to the Bioparco (your child's indisposition, a new commitment that cannot be postponed, etc.) or perhaps the weather forecasts are not favorable, buy here your "Upgrade" to extend the validity of the ticket up to 6 months and come and visit us whenever you want!
