Membership 

ALL THE BENEFITS FOR SUBSCRIBERS WITH THE NEW FAMILY PACKS:

• FAMILY SUBSCRIPTIONS (Pack 1,2,3,4) are nominal ONLY FOR CHILDREN taller than 1 m and up to 10 years old  (so parents will be able to transfer the season ticket to other people as long as the registered children enter the park, essentially for the adult it's FREE).
• From the third child onwards the subscription it's FREE!
• Immediate entry, no queues at the ticket office.
• Unlimited access for 1 YEAR (school visits, exhibitions and temporary thematic areas and extraordinary events excluded).
• At the Bioparco shop: 10% discount.
• BRING YOUR FRIENDS! Make up a group of at least 15 people (excluding season ticket holders) and you will be able to have them access at the Bioparco, together with you, for just one time, with the special promotional rate of €10.00 (instead of €17 adults and €14 children) on a day of your choice included in the validity period of your subscription. In this case it will be necessary to reserve by writing to marketing@bioparco.it not later than three days before the visit. The special promotion called BRING YOUR FRIENDS is not applicable for school groups.

N.B. To sign up for the Family Packs it will be necessary to show at the ticket office the suitable documentation certifying the composition of the family and the degree of relationship (family status, identity document, etc.).

 CONDITIONS AND USEFUL INFORMATION

• The annual subscription will be valid from the purchase date.
• If you want, you can use your pass immediately and enter the park on the same day of purchase.
• The registration form it's available at the Biopark ticket offices.
• Entry will be permitted for up to 1 hour before the park closing time.
• On Easter Monday, April 25th and May 1st, due to high attendance, it will not be possible to purchase season tickets at the ticket offices.
• Bioparco is happy to reserve a free pass for companions of people with disabilities, who are entitled to it by law. Such season ticket (paying disabled person + free companion) can only be purchased at the ticket offices of Bioparco as it is necessary to inspect the documentation certifying the right to be accompanied.
• Children under 100 cm in height are entitled to free admission, so it is not necessary to purchase a season ticket. The staff of Bioparco will carry out the necessary checks using a height measuring panel for children. For more information write to:  marketing@bioparco.it 
• News: Bioparco gives you a free ticket for MagicLand, the amusement park of Valmontone!
  • If you have purchased the annual pass for the Bioparco of Rome, show it at the MagicLand ticket offices and you will receive 1 free admission ticket.
  • If you own a GOLD MagicLand pass, show it at Bioparco ticket offices and you will be entitled to 1 free admission.
